🐾 Important Info Before We Scoop the Poop! 🐾
Some yards are trickier than others! Additional fees may apply for:
- Extra-large yards
- Heavy debris or leaf buildup
- Ground coverings like wood chips, rocks, or artificial turf
But don’t worry — you’ll always be notified of any extra charges before we start. No surprises. No stinky hidden fees. 💩💸
🚫 For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be kept indoors during your service window. Our Poo Patrol Officers are brave, but even the friendliest pup can get a little too curious (or protective) while we’re working.
**We also reserve the right to refuse service when needed — especially if it’s not a safe or scoopable situation.
How do I prepare my yard for service? Please make sure your yard is accessible (unlocked gates), dogs are indoors, and the area isn't overly cluttered with toys, furniture, or other obstacles. We want to scoop poop — not hopscotch through the backyard!
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you don't cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
We work rain or shine! However, if conditions are dangerous (lightning, Snow, extreme wind), we may reschedule your visit. We’ll keep you informed and do our best to scoop ASAP.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. For ongoing service, invoicing occurs at the time of cleaning, we store a card on file and charge the card once the job is completed. You can cancel anytime with 24-hour notice. For one-time pickup, payment is due after the job is complete.
We do our best to accommodate preferences, but route efficiency is key. We’ll let you know your regular service day when you sign up.
Absolutely. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll paws your service (and billing) until you're back. Your pup’s poop can wait.
